The 2025 Middle Tennessee Council’s Scout Card Sale will begin on February 27, 2025, and run through April 30, 2025. This $10.00 Scout card will help your Scouts earn their way to camp and the unit will earn 50% commission on every Scout card sold!

The Council will sell seven different Scout cards for 2025 depending on the location of your Scout unit:

Columbia/Lawrenceburg/Pulaski

Cookeville/McMinnville

Mt. Juliet/Lebanon

Murfreesboro
-
Tullahoma
Possibly other, determined by District Chairs.

Scout Card Timeline
December
-
Units register to sale Scout Card by December 13, 2025.
January
-
Scout cards arrive in January 2025 to have at February roundtables or schedule a pickup time and location.
February
-
Help secure selling locations for Units by January 31, 2025.

Scout Card Sale will begin February 27, 2025.
March
-
Check out any additional cards for units.
-
Help secure selling locations for Units and Scouts.
April
-
Settle accounts for any units ready to bring back Scout cards.

Scout Card Sale ends April 25, 2025.
-
All monies due by April 30, 2025, to receive the full 50% commission.

Units who submit monies between May 1 and May 9, 2025, will receive $3.00 commission.

May
-
Payment after May 10, 2025 – no commission; All cards are due. Settle remaining accounts.

Units may pick up incentive for Scouts that sell 175 cards on May 14, 2025.
